How will you transport my woven wall hanging?
All Bespoke Weaving items are lovingly packaged and delivered via courier service. They are carefully rolled, boxed to be delivered. You will be given a tracking number to follow its journey. In most cases, your package will require a signature on delivery.
Do you offer Layby?
We sure do, however laybys are not set up through the online store so simply give me an email to organize the details.
The nitty gritty -
Payments for lay-bys are via bank deposit.
There is a minimum deposit of 25% required to open a layby.
Laybys can only be placed on full priced items, we do not offer laybys on sale items.
Once you place your order, you will be emailed our bank account details to make payment.
Goods are the property of Bespoke Weaving until fully paid. If you decide against your purchase, a credit note will be issued to the value of your previous payments. Your purchase will be sent when the layby is paid in full, or pick up can be arranged.
How long until I will receive my order?
Your order will be processed and dispatched as promptly as possible within standard business hours.
Orders placed before 12 pm Monday to Friday will be processed within the same day, orders placed after 12 pm Monday to Friday or anytime Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next business day.
Courier times are 1-3 working days for New Zealand and 3-5 working days for Australia. Please note that courier delivery times are estimated and do not include processing and dispatch. You will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped which will include your tracking number. When supplying a delivery address, use a physical address where there will be someone present to receive your delivery between 9am - 5pm weekdays.
How do I hang my weaving once it has arrived?
Your Bespoke Weaving will arrive with instructions catered to your unique weaving.
As every weaving is different, there are a few different ways to hang it.
Simply follow the instructions enclosed.
Can I order a custom size for a weaving that already exists?
Yes, this happens quite often. If you like the look of one of the existing weaving but the size is too big or small for your space. Just let me know and a new weaving can be made to suit the size you need. Contact me on to organise a consultation.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! We love wrapping your gifts, simply let us know in the notes section at check out.
This feature is free of charge.
Can I pre-order products online?
In most cases you can, unless the item is a limited edition item. Another can always be woven on order for you. Please email to organise this.
